Terms of Service

By creating an account or accessing Event Manager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You are responsible for keeping your login password and admin password confidential.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use Event Manager to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or fraudulent participant data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Exceed your plan's ID limits through unauthorized means.
• Impersonate others or use the service on behalf of someone else without permission.

Each account is subject to an ID creation limit based on the active plan (Free / Starter / Pro / Business). Exceeding limits requires a plan upgrade, which can be requested via WhatsApp. Plans are activated manually after payment verification.

Since Event Manager is an actively developed student project, the service may experience downtime, bugs, or feature changes at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to exploit the platform — with or without prior notice.

Event Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of this service is entirely at your own risk.
