What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. They help websites remember your preferences and keep you logged in between visits. Some cookies are essential for a service to function; others are optional.

How We Use Storage

Event Manager does not use traditional advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser storage mechanisms only for functional purposes:

Session Token — Keeps you logged in during your active session.
Preferences — Remembers basic UI preferences within the session.
CSRF Tokens — Stored temporarily to protect against cross-site request attacks.

Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (by Google) as our backend. Firebase may use its own identifiers or cookies for authentication and data management. Their practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or analytics cookies.

Managing Cookies

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time. Note that clearing session data will log you out of Event Manager.

Chrome — Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
