Information about payments, plan activation, and our refund process.

Important Notice
Event Manager is a student-built project under active development. Payment and refund processes are handled manually. If you face any billing issues, please contact us directly via WhatsApp. We will do our best to resolve it fairly.
We currently accept the following local payment methods:
All payments must be sent to our official number and confirmed via WhatsApp with your transaction ID before plan activation.
Plans are activated manually after payment is verified via WhatsApp. Once your payment is confirmed, your account limit will typically be updated within the same day during active hours.
- Send payment to our official bKash/Nagad number.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your Username + Transaction ID.
- Your plan will be activated after verification.
⚠️ All Sales Are Final
Once a package has been purchased and activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Please make sure you understand the plan details before making a payment.
- Refunds are not provided for activated packages — regardless of usage.
- Refunds are not provided for partially used plan periods.
- Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after purchase.
- Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
The only exception is if you sent payment but your plan was never activated within 24 hours due to an error on our end. In that case, contact us with your transaction ID.
⏳ Expired Packages Cannot Be Used
Once your package's validity period has ended, it will automatically expire and you will lose access to premium features.
- Expired packages cannot be extended — a new payment must be made to continue using the service.
- Your data will remain intact after expiry, but plan-specific features will be restricted.
- No compensation or credit is given for unused days if a package expires.
- To avoid interruption, renew your package before it expires via WhatsApp.

- Describe the issue clearly (e.g. paid but plan not activated).
- We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
