- Plan Upgrades — Message on WhatsApp with your username and desired plan. Send bKash/Nagad payment to our number.
- Forgot Password — Send your User ID via WhatsApp and we'll reset it manually.
- Technical Issues — Describe the issue with your username and we'll look into it.
- Billing / Refunds — Provide your transaction ID and we'll verify and process accordingly.
- Account Deletion — Request account and data deletion via WhatsApp.
